Path 1. Registration for Authors with PAPER/ABSTRACT ACCEPTED for Presentation
(please use Path 2 if you have no paper/abstract accepted for presentation)

Registration fee (SIBR 2025 Conference, Osaka)
  • Early-bird Registration Fee (on or before May 16th, 2025): HKD 2,940 (approx. USD 380)
  • Regular Registration Fee (after May 16th, 2025):                   HKD 3,480 (approx. USD 450)
  • Second paper by the same presenting author:                         HKD 775 (approx. USD 100)
  • Maximum two papers for each presenting author
Terms and conditions:
1. The registration fee includes: conference attendance, conference proceedings (online), electronic certificate of presentation, and electronic official receipt.
2. Policy for cancellation of registration: For cancellations made before the early-bird registration deadline, the registration fee is refundable after deducting USD100 administrative charge. The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made on and after the early-bird registration deadline.
3. The registration fee will be refunded in full if the organizer cancels the conference due to unforeseen natural disaster, epidemic disease, and/or civil/political unrest at the conference location.
4. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the conference program.

OPTION 1: Express Registration with a PayPal Account (recommended)
Step 1: Select the number of paper(s) to be presented by the same attending author. Select "In-person" if you opt for in-person presentation. Select "Online" if you opt for online presentation.
Note: If your paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference, each attending author needs to register separately (using the same Paper I.D. code) and pay individual registration fee separately.
Step 2: Enter the name of ONE attending author.
Step 3: Enter the 6-digit Paper I.D. code(s) of your paper(s) (separated by ";" in case of multiple papers). Refer to the acceptance letter/email for the Paper I.D. code of your paper.
Step 4: Click the "Pay Now"  button. You will be carried to the PayPal secured payment page, where you can log in to / create your PayPal account.

Note: A PayPal receipt will be sent immediately by email if your payment is successful. An official receipt will be issued by email one week before the conference. 

OPTION 2: Bank Transfer and Western Union Transfer
SIBR accepts payment by Bank Transfer and Western Union Transfer (in HKD or USD), but needs to charge extra USD10 to cover our bank charge/handling fee (there is no bank charge/ handling fee if you can pay by credit card). Contact osaka@sibresearch.org for further details.
