Registration fee (SIBR 2025 Conference, Osaka)
Terms and conditions:
1. The registration fee includes: conference attendance, conference proceedings (online), electronic certificate of attendance, and electronic official receipt. 2. Policy for cancellation of registration: For cancellations made before the early-bird registration deadline, the registration fee is refundable after deducting USD100 administrative charge. The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made on and after the early-bird registration deadline. 3. The registration fee will be refunded in full if the organizer cancels the conference due to unforeseen natural disaster, epidemic disease, and/or civil/political unrest at the conference location. 4. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the conference program. |

OPTION 1: Express Registration with a PayPal Account (recommended)

Step 1: Enter the name & affiliation of ONE attending participant.
Step 2: Enter the contact email address (please make sure that the email address works properly). Step 3: Click the "Pay Now" button. You will be carried to the PayPal secured payment page, where you can log in to / create your PayPal account. Note: A PayPal receipt will be sent immediately by email if your payment is successful. An official receipt will be issued by email one week before the conference. |

OPTION 2: Bank Transfer and Western Union Transfer

SIBR accepts payment by Bank Transfer and Western
Union Transfer (in HKD or USD), but needs to charge extra USD10 to cover
our bank charge/handling fee (there is no bank charge/ handling fee
if you can pay by credit card). Contact osaka@sibresearch.org for further details.
